"I have been training with Dayna for nearly ten years. I started seeing Dayna because after a weekend of competing in high performance karting I was very sore, especially my lower back, ribs and neck. The kart was driving me instead of me driving the kart, I was out of shape and needed help. Training with Dayna started mid-season and by the time the following season came, I was definitely making progress. I was no longer in pain at the end of the karting weekends and my results started to improve. Eventually I started winning races at the club and provincial level and in 2009 I won my first of two Western Canadian Championships.
