Alas, here we are back at it again. I feel called to write and share with you all on the many musing of wellness. Expanded of course, as we change with time (hopefully anyhow) I’ve added new skillsets in the way of Ayurveda – The Science of LIfe – and moving beyond a focus of wellness that is limited to the body. I now share on movement, nutrition and mindfulness as these are all gateways that open us to new levels of health in the body, mind and spirit.
Watch for videos and the expansion of concepts that I highlight in my social media and of course a cat photo or two as pets are also good for our health.
