I started seeing Dayna because after a weekend of competing in high performance karting I was very sore, especially my lower back, ribs and neck. The kart was driving me instead of me driving the kart, I was out of shape and needed help. “I have been working with Dayna for over four years now. I was lucky enough to be introduced to her by a dear friend of mine.
